Spicy Mango


  • Serves 1
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 serving protein powder (Rice, pea, hemp or your favorite)

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

The tropical taste of mango predominates over the turmeric leaving only a hint of this powerful anti-inflammatory. The flaxseeds and the protein powder give it staying power, meaning it’ll keep you satisfied for a long time. Enjoy relaxing on a hammock, by the pool or just about anywhere
