Smoked Salmon Scramble

Smoked Salmon Scramble

Sometimes we crave a little extra protein.


  • Serves 1
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 slice of a yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
In a medium skillet heat oil over medium high temperature, add onion and red pepper sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add eggs cook until set about 2 minutes, add smoked salmon warm for 15 seconds, remove and sprinkle parsley on top.
