Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe – It is not scary but definitely yummy

Pumpk-Me-Up
INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 1
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoonmaca powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, ground
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

 

DIRECTIONS
:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
