October Fest

October-Fest
INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 1
  • 1 cup almond milk coconut
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 small apple, green
  • ¼ cup muesli (gluten free varieties are also available and make sure no added oil or sugars)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 small handful parsley
  • ¼ small avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 or 2 dates, pitted

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

Very healing.
