Mixed Green with a Hint of Sweetness

INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 2
  • 3 cups green mix (baby kale, spinach, chards, beet tips, broccolini leaves, cabbage leaves)
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 2 radishes
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Hint of Sweetness

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Add ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid shake and enjoy.
