Kale Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 1
  • 1 cup water OR coconut water
  • ½ frozen organic banana
  • 1 organic green apple
  • 4 leaves organic kale
  • ½ organic lemon, juiced
  • 2 pitted organic dates (optional)
  • 2 slices of ginger root

 

DIRECTIONS
:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
