- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup water
- 2 leaves kale, stem removed
- 1 handful spinach
- ¼ Hass avocado
- 1 small green apple, cored
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 or 2 dates, pitted (optional)
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
*This smoothie is thick. To make it more liquid add more water or just a couple of ice cubes will do the trick.
