- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop brown rice protein
- 1/2 red beet with peelh
- 6 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
The beet adds sweetness and are a unique source of betaine, a nutrient that helps fight inflammation and protects the cells from environmental stress. The strawberries are low sugar and high antioxidants and almonds are loaded with anti inflammatory properties. Cinnamon adds a nice twist as well as more anti inflammtory power.
