Glutten Free Crackers


  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon grated sweet onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste



Preheat oven to 325 degree Farenheit

In a large bowl, mix the seeds together. In a small bowl, mix the water, grated garlic, and grated onion. Whisk well. Pour the water mixture onto the seeds and stir until thick and combined. Season with cayenne pepper and salt.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cracker mixture pressing down until it’ less than a 1/4 inch thick. You will cut into crackers later.

Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cut into 20 crackers. Using a spatula flip each one onto other side and bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and store in a container for 1 to 2 weeks. You may also freeze them.
