Detox Salad

This simple salad helps your body release toxins. It includes anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients: radish, onion, lemons and olive oil as well as healthy fats found in the hemp seeds and olive oil. The baby greens contain a special compound called quercetin that attracts toxins like a dust mop and then flushes them out of your body. The dressing is simple yet delicious and can be used in any salad.



  • Serves 2
  • 4 cups baby greens

  • 2 carrot, diced
  • 3 radishes

  • 2 thin slice of red onion

  • 1 avocado, diced 

  • 1 cup whole snow peas 

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Dress only what you will eat with the dressing.

Simply Delicious Dressing

  • 6 limes or lemons
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoons pepper

Add ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid shake and enjoy.
