INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 1
  • 1 cup coconut water or just water
  • 4 strawberries
  • ¼ banana
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 tablespoon ground hemp seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
