Berry Nana Delight

INGREDIENTS
:

  • Serves 1
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ large banana
  • ¼ Hass avocado
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
